Teach on Engvivo and you will always know what you earned and why. Your statement lists every lesson you taught in the period, in plain numbers, with nothing hidden behind a formula you cannot see.

Miss a class and you earn nothing for that class. That is the whole consequence. We will never take more from you than the class was worth.

Open a slot and close it again before anyone books it? That costs you nothing, because nobody was affected.

Life happens. When it does, reach out, explain, apologise to your student, and either cancel or hand the lesson to a teacher who can cover it.

We do hold a standard. Repeatedly abandoning students who booked you has real consequences, up to suspension. But we will never build our margins out of your penalties.
